Why the Clarity Act is good
According to this story by the Toronto Star's Graham Fraser, a new CROP Research poll has found that support for sovereignty in Quebec has increased to 49%.
But keep reading further down:
...44 per cent said they favoured Quebec becoming an independent country, and 33 per cent said they would vote for Quebec becoming "completely independent." Only 31 per cent said they would vote no if asked if they wanted Quebec to remain a province of Canada. Amazing how wording changes can produce such wildly different results.
