Hallmark apologizes
Not sure how many of you are users of Hallmark.com. I am because I think it's the best site for free E-cards on the Internet.
Well, Hallmark really screwed up. Their site was down for almost all of Valentines Day. But they sent users a really classy email saying sorry. (A web version of the email can be seen here.)
Obviously Hallmark is a company that understands the value of good public relations, because that is one apologetic -- and classy! -- letter. I think I can find it in my heart to forgive them now.
