Not a good start for Iraq
The new Prime Minister of Iraq will likely be Ibrahim Jafari, the Iranian-backed Islamist candidate. Mr. Jafari defeated Ahmad Chalabi for the right to represent the United Iraqi Alliance (the slate that won the most seats in the recent elections) as their choice. Too bad.
