In case you're wondering, I remain as confident as ever that he will be vindicated at trial, and I will probably have more to say on the subject in 2007. But I cannot let this pass: Anyone taking an interest in this case, and in particular those who saw the all-out sliming of Lord Black and his wife in a recently-excerpted passage from a new "biography" by Tom Bower printed in the London Sunday Times and New York Post, should take the time to read this.
