Cross-examination time
One can almost feel the tide turning in Chicago, and we're just barely getting underway. Mr. Skurka, who is coming across as a very shrewd an impartial observer of this case, believes the prosecution has erred in calling Gordon Paris -- "Mr. Corporate Governance" as its first witness. I think he's right. Edward Greenspan is expected to eat him for lunch today.
